My inner child

I was speaking to someone at work this week who was feeling a little down.

I suggested that she thought about the things she loved to do as a child and go and enjoy them again. It is something I often do and have been reflecting on as I read a book about 'Transactional Analysis'.

Kicking up the fallen leaves is high on my list.

So I went out and took some of my own advice.

Some of them came off the silver birch I blipped before.
