Wells Cathedral [HDR]

Home again after a great weekend with some great company in Weymouth. The Perkin Elmer Bowls Trip 2013 is at an end!

We stopped in Wells on the way home. I am pretty sure I have been there before. The cathedral there looked rather splendid after a storm had scudded over. Like tanks, Gothic architecture lends itself rather well to HDR photography. I rather liked this one in black and white.

We stopped in a pub for lunch that went to pieces so quickly with the extra demand that we almost got taken out by shrapnel. We wandered down the street and got a lovely sandwich in a cafe packed full with locals.

It is mine and Dawn's wedding anniversary today. We had a slap up Indian for tea. I can't believe that it's been two years since we were all gathered in Holland House Hotel. What a wonderful two years it has been!
