Paul Hollywood..

we are eating your Apricot Couronne!!!

My eldest daughter is home for a few days and thought she would try making this delicious item from Paul Hollywood's book on bread baking. They recently had to make one in the Great British Bake Off and this one would have won hands down.. (well that is my opinion!!)

Thankfully the Aga was up to a high enough temperature to bake it today as really it was to be yesterdays fun.. instead it is a Halloween special..perhaps we should make it into the ghostbusters logo :)
