I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free - Michelangelo

When you find a feather, supposedly it is an angel's sign to you, they are communicating with you, sort of a "I'm here to protect and look out for you" or '"I'm here to help you" . It can also be a sign or communication from someone you love who has died. It's usually associated with them saying "I'm ok" or "I'm here".

So if they pin it to a fence does that mean " HOI....I'M TALKING TO YOU!! " ;0)
