Club Tropicana

This amazingly tall tropical palm type plant-thing near my flat has always intrigued me. It looks even more out of synch now the days are greyer. Being nosey I am now curious as to what is being built inside palm tree house that requires such a large and overflowing skip. An indoor beach? What a lovely thought.
