Chief Scout

Sam got some accidental VIP treatment on Monday night when he was invested in Scouts by some Scottish bigwigs who were up to celebrate the group winning the Scottish camping championships. There were speeches, audience in abundance, video, photos taken, and a gaggle of dignitaries. There was also cake galore. The local leaders were so chuffed the group had won. And here is Sam, striding away after being invested first, totally chuffed his Ma, Da, sister and Grandma Sinclair were there to see him front and centre. Bit of recognition for Tess too when one of the VIP's recognised the pair of them from his RSPB school visits for their knowledge of wildlife and birds, nature sprogs, even Tess has succumbed.
