Irish Coffee....

Treated myself at lunch-time to an Irish coffee. It won the toss-up between Irish and French.... it'll have to be French next time as that's all my Jameson's gone now!

I've always loved the striking contrast & textures between the coffee & the cream on a well made liqueur coffee.
This one has turned out rather well, although, being an ex-bar maid/manager for 10 years has given me lots of practice!!
