Scraped clean

The last time I saw this boat when the tide was out, the hull was covered with barnacles. Obviously it's been scraped clean.
Change in the weather. We've had 22 days without rain, almost a record, but rain's on the way. A strange October, lots of flowers still budding and blooming, things poking through the ground that shouldn't appear until spring - like the garlic I planted three weeks ago.
