For a Walk in the Park

I went to my chiropracter today for a monthly overhaul. She is a wonderful judge of human nature.

She always reminds me that after treatment I should not just get straight back in my car but go for a brisk walk instead. She then went on to mention that as her clinic in Douglas overlooks the car park she could see exactly what most of her patients did about her advice.

Yes, you guessed it...

So here we are walking around the lake in the Mooragh Park in Ramsey following instructions.
