Summer's Bounty

Well I managed to get off the couch and shower today, also went into the garden and picked herbs, tomatos, zucchini and some red potatoes.
I made an herb/potato frittata and a tomato zucchini gratin. They were really good, even if it's hard to smell anything because of this head cold.
I managed to organize the last three years of tax information I guess we will see what happens there.
I really am trying to enjoy the last bit of summer even if I never made it to the lake or anywhere else this year. On the bright side of that: I am outside all day in the sun so that counts for something
