Vin D'orange
made in January with Seville oranges, should have been strained and bottled in February but finally got round to it today- just 8 months late!! A yummy drink with a nice little tart aftertaste. Then I crystallized the peel ready for the Christmas Cake- left it in the syrup- doesn't seem much point in the drying off in the oven.
