hope fulfilled

One of our hopes, but not requirements, in bringing home a new dog was that it would not bark at our "pet" squirrels.
Of course, we were fully prepared to stop feeding the squirrels if we did end up bringing home a barking dog.
This morning our new dog Laney met Nutkin, the matron of our squirrel clan.
And all went well!
