Queen of the night

The annual High Heels Drag Queen race is one of DC's unique Halloween events. Thousands of spectators gather to watch and celebrate more than 100 costumed drag queens in their over the top, creative and elaborate outfits before they race, yes in high heels!
It's a very festive and friendly block party, with the purpose of celebrating and accepting, not judging.
