I don't think it will keep it's leaves much longer.
Today I have been very virtuous, I harvested the beetroot which were small and disappointing, some carrots which were fine, and loads of parsley which I have chopped and put into containers in the freezer. I use a lot of parsley as I make a lot of soup in the winter. Last winter I had to buy some and it is expensive for a small bunch, so this year we planted loads.
There is still lots left growing in the garden.
