Abstract Shades of Blue/Grey

Busy day of appointments for Mother. Doctor in the morning to get some action started for her pain filled hips. Probably bursitis triggered by higher intake of acidic citric juice. People with arthritis should try and keep acidic food intake to a minimum as the acid irritates and thus inflames arthritic conditions. Mother was advised to have a glass of orange juice when taking iron tablets for low haemoglobin count. Within 24 hours she was complaining of painful hips and over a couple of days it got very bad. I encouraged her to desist with the OJ and see the Dr. Done... just waiting for blood test results and and an xray appointment.

In the early afternoon I took the Mother to a lawyers appointment. At last I have got her to update her will. Peace of mind for her and me or me and her!!
