Another Fairy Letter

This time in Welsh, as we are currently holidaying in Wales. Of course, this letter is going to backfire on us as she is going to ask what it means and then someone will have to type it all back in to get translated. This letter is from Rhiannon (as opposed to her regular T.F. Serafina..). But really, you can't ask your Surrey tooth fairy to fly all the up to North Wales, can you?
