Chasing Rainbows

We went out to the Elan Valley today with the intention of walking but rain prevented that. Instead we had a drive round punctuated by frequent photographs as the light was wonderful. Several rainbows presented themselves for a race to stop the car, leap out, grab suitable lens, wipe lens, take shot and back in the car to avoid the next rain flurry!
This shot at the top of the reservoirs was the most colourful scene.
