What is it?

We went to Cockenzie House today to see th Scottish Tapestry. It was truly magnificent but unfortunately I could not download the pictures from my camera. This building was in the garden but I don't know what it is or what it was used for. I had taken this picture with a different camera so just as well or I would not have had a blip for today.
It was a beautiful day with blue skies.
