Extra curricular

We got rid of sky tv, along with some other unnecessaries a while back to make way for me getting a camera. I must say so far it's been brilliant. I'm edited or reading most evenings and J has been painting again (when he's not playing his Xbox of course). So peaceful this evening, as we chatted and worked.

Met up with some friends and took the kids to the children's cinema this morning to see Smurfs 2. The kids found it hilarious, the cynic in me just scoffed at all the product placement and branding used. As I left I found myself subliminally drawn to purchasing a Sony tablet and some Nutella ;-)

Dropped the last of my borrowed kit back to the photographers in the afternoon. It's been great learning and working with those guys over the last few months. Hopefully we'll keep in touch and get together in the future.

Hope everyone's having a good week so far. Half term here, I must remember to forget to set my alarm tonight. Stupidly been unnecessarily setting it for 6:30am each day so far.
