Tripod

I've never had great success anytime I have properly set out on a photo expedition.

Tonight, I needed to take the van for a run, so brought the tripod and all. I went towards Musselburgh and learnt a couple of things: that a manky lens will never work and that I need to work on my patience for ISO 50.

After I had slightly grumblily given up on what I was trying, I was passing this bridge and saw the heron siting there waiting for me.
