.......Painful knee.

Been feeling pretty groggy for the past few days with a wheezy chest and nasty crusty itchy eyes so headed off to the GP today for my once yearly visit. My knee has been giving me problems since last Friday when I pinged it at training , I've no power in it at all and decided to get it looked while I was there. Got some antibiotics for the chest , referred to the optician about my eyes ??? and sent for an X-ray to check out my knee. I had cracked my patella 6 years ago on the same leg and she wanted rule out any bone issue. It's probably just tendonitis - fingers crossed.
