Who Dropped the Treats in the Water?

A drizzly, slippery, drippy day down the Fairy Glen, it's no wonder the treat bag was dropped in the stream. The dogs were horrified, to think that they had to sit there and no treat at the end of it. They did get a lot of fuss though and Bud thought it was just as good but not so Pops, she really missed her tuna fudge.
