me and my shadow

Great weather today, breakfast outside, bit of boring housework while the Husband caught up at work before starting his day off at lunchtime. Off to the pet shop for winter coats and extending leads before a beach walk at Glynde Gap. The leads did a great job of replicating a may pole so plenty of exercise gained by untangling ourselves. The pups soon learnt the length of tbeir extra freedom and we got better at not getting tied in knots.

Once past the families and other dogs, we let them run off lead for a few minutes. Unfortunately they weren't very good at coming back so I had to leg it up the beach in pursuit of Grace. Little madam was laughing at my middle aged attempts to run up a steep shingle bank.

The kids liked the coats we chose for the puppies, pink for Emily, purple for Grace and a bomber jacket for Storm who has been nicknamed Doglas Bader. A future blip there to compliment the beautiful aviatrices
