I did have something planned for today but cleaning the house got priority. Made time for the usual 1 hour (and a bit) walk but it was difficult to know where to go.  There has been so much rain many footpaths resemble streams and normally firm ground has turned to bog.

So, I decided to see how far I could get up Wansfell in 40 minutes. It's steep (from this side) but I was fairly certain I wouldn't be paddling. On the way down I must have lifted my head and this was the view I got. Blip.
