half term hiccups

So today was the day we planned to head off on a long hike in the fells regardless of the weather - as we have the gear. But the youngest was ill, our internet has been down so I had/have work I needed to catch up on and the kids were shall we say, less than enthusiastic.

So at sunset (which obviously is far too early to make sense of yet) I 'made' the kids go out for some fresh air. The boys took swords to fight their battle, it was epic!

Could really do with learning how to clone out unwanted background clutter but have not the time so it is a blip of a child with a telephone line through his head!
