Moon

Two days ago I got a request for a picture with the moon during the night. I explained in a reply that night photography is not that easy from a moving ship. The few (not blurred) pictures I took were just lucky shots. A tri-pod is rather useless of course. But this morning a full moon was seen when we went alongside the Hermod to pick up a surveyor. By the way, you can also clearly see the shrinking Norpipe platform. Only the Main Support Frame has to be lifted off, the latest news is that this will be done tonight. So again; no night shot I am afraid.
