F r e s h Blackberry and Apple crumble.

Since I was planning to stay at home this afternoon, I put in a couple of small chicken portions and chopped up a potato to roast, what better to finish the meal than a Blackberry and Apple crumble, the trouble is I'm hungry now!! try Looking Large I made a big batch of crumble mix so hopefully I'll have time to make a few single portions to freeze tomorrow, annual leave tomorrow, visit Mum, swim, baking, prepare to soak the Christmas cake fruit . . . oh and it's son number 2 birthday!
