Progress

Last time we visited Crieff Hydro (February) I was really upset not to be able to play tennis and also to have to be driven up to the upper car park on The Knock in order to walk a little on the flat and catch a bird of prey shot.

This time I have managed not only a fearsome game of tennis but, to my delight, I walked to the top of The Knock!! This photo, taken at the start, is to add to my "bench" collection.

Huge thanks to my new physio who has done wonders for me psychologically as well as physically!
