Bill's cow

Guillem did let me take his photo, but it was a bit dark and he looked quite frankly bored with me by then. Someone has obviously previously taken a liking to his cows. A careful man. His cheese is good. Had some that was heavily rolled in oregano for lunch with black olive bread. Off for a siesta, if the boys will let me.
