After some request I'll share my lessons on rules/guidelines/suggestions for composition.

Lesson 1

Rule of thirds

Split the frame into three even vertical sections and three even horizontal sections. The lines will meet at 4 points. The main subject should be at one of these 4 points. In this photo the top of the towels are at the top two intersecting points.

Also the main lines and in the photo should occupy 1/3rd or 2/3rd of the photo. Like horizon lines, trees, or the draping towels running along the "thirds" lines.
