Rise and Shine

7am.

On a Saturday Morning.

Curtains pulled open to let the morning sun stream in. So that Mrs Smith and the two girls can make shadows on the bedroom wall.

Reminded me of a conversation I had once with a Buddhist who told me every day he awoke and said three words "Today I'm Alive". I told him that every day I had a similar routine except my three words were "For F***S Sake".
