"red and yellow and..."

A quiet Saturday all by myself meant only one thing - a huge winter warmer food make! Meatballs, stew, chicken curry - all made in preparation for cold, winter nights after work!

But I did make time for a quick stroll in the park where the colours of the fallen leaves are getting prettier! :)

Tonight I found myself reading about the Curriculum for Excellence for PE as I proof read one of Lyndsay's essays for her PGCE. I know nothing about teaching sport, so reading about the many different ways by which it can be taught to school kids was a little bit out of a forensic scientist's comfort zone but it all made sense, and when it comes to proof reading that's a good start! :)
