Bad tempered swan

Elegant
but get too near.........

When I was a wee girl, Dad often took my sister and I for a Sunday afternoon walk along the Lade Braes, up to the Mill Pond to feed the ducks. I was really scared of the swan though, especially when it started to hiss. It became known as the "bad tempered swan". I think this Mugdock swan might be a relation!
