A little bit of preparation

... makes things a bit easier.

Apologies for a photo of my dinner this evening - it's been a busy day & I'm now vegging out on the sofa with the other half & don't think he'd appreciate a pic of him snoozing.

I was quite proud of tonight's tea - perhaps not on presentation but definately taste wise. Unless I follow a whole meal recipe or a tried & tested dish I can quite often get the balance of flavours completely wrong. I'd definately class myself as a random cook.

Tonight's was chicken stuffed with cheese & sundried tomatoes, wrapped in bacon with vegetables and mash potatoes. It definately helped time wise doing a lot of the preparation last night. It's nice having a proper meal after work.
