Heart Attack??

I have always thought that a Full English (breakfast) should have been renamed 'Heart Attack on a Plate' - all that fat etc.
That was until I saw these sausages in my local shop. At first I thought they were in coconut or plain milk but, on closer examination, I saw it was FAT!
They are Romanian and I know they have very cold winters and eat lots of food to keep warm but this amount of fat in one meal - yuck!!!
