An unexpected trip out to Queensferry reminded me of a photo opportunity that I didn't want to miss. After a soothing cup of coffee and a nice bowl of soup I headed out to clear my head.
I wasn't disappointed. The fields of brussel sprouts were as I had remembered from last year. They are so tightly packed and not one of them is blemished. No withering leaves, no slug holes no impurities. They are standing tall without the use of supports, merely supporting each other. Rows and rows of brussel sprouts supporting one and other through all weathers and attacks. Quite impressive I'd say.
