A spray of autumn leaves

Today we were lucky. We missed most of the storms, and even enjoyed a fair amount of lovely sunshine, but we did endure a number of intermittent showers and quite a lot of high winds that were doing their best to bring down as many autumn leaves as possible. These above still look pretty robust and as I remember from last year, should be among the last to fall.
