But which one's gladly ?

Another excruciating church leaders' meeting this morning, I'll be glad when the big one a week today's over and done with.
Seeing the hymn books on the shelves, the old chestnut popped into my head about the child who thinks the line " Gladly my cross I'll bear " is actually, " Gladly my cross-eyed bear ". ( A fine example of a mondegreen ).
For a little light relief I had a look at a few of my teddies when I got home, but all of them seem to have perfect vision :)
