Avocado & hummus waffle

With sun dried tomatoes olives and rocket with a sweet chilli dressing. Lunch at the Waffle House is a wonderful treat that I have not experienced for a while. It has been lovely to celebrate the sale of my house with a trip to Norwich. New walking boots for me and doc martins for Maisy.
