The parking is allowed

I was sitting in a car on parking place. The weather was dark and rainy all the day today. I just wonder if I should photograph the parking signboard, there haven't been anything else interested subject. Spouse was looking for the Nothern Hawk Owl nearby forest. But suddenly the Owl flew to sit on the parking sign. A very intelligent bird and good for reading!
