Gigantic Spider Posing At Taipei 101

Took us such a long time to pack our bags this morning. Managed to close it in the end though... so all was good! We hung around the hostel for a long time using the Internet and just relaxing. We ate our cereal from 7 eleven we had bought yesterday evening. Was a fun little process. Chinese man was watching some strange programme that made us leave as the noise was so annoying. We went to ask the hostel lady about bus to the airport. She wrote it in Chinese for us which was helpful. Left our bags at the side before heading out to get something to eat. We went to the recommended restaurant by some Chinese people sadly they weren't open so we went somewhere else. We got a smoothie and a little snack. Smoothies were gigantic!! And Morag got extra food from what she ordered so we were both pretty full by the end of it. So we didn't head back to the Chinese place once it was open. Wandered around before going back to get our bags and head to the airport. We took a bus there. It was really annoying as the man at the bus station asked us what flight we were going with and he gave us the wrong terminal. So when we got to the terminal we had to take the sky train. It was funny as I tried to keep the sky train doors open for us to get in but the door nearly broke my leg! Finally got there and had to wait forever in the queue. Got super worried as Morags visa had not gone through. So we were at the check in point waiting to find out. Apparently her Mum did her visa on her wrong passport. So luckily the Australian embassy were able to change it! Had to pay for extra baggage which was a bomb. So the flight turned out to be £200 instead of £150!! We went to get a very late supper at Starbucks and use up our lose change. The aeroplane had super small seats. I felt so so ill on that flight it was unreal. Worst I have felt in a long time. A itzy bit homesick with how rubbish I felt!!
