Lull Before the Storm

Phil and I went down to Boulevard Park this afternoon to enjoy the mild weather and sunshine, along with a host of other folks, including some who seemed to be jumping for joy -- or maybe just another person's blip, who knows?

After we returned home, the wind picked up, and the power flickered twice, briefly, as we ate our supper. There's a wind advisory for tonight, but nothing like the gale-force winds and heavy rain expected in England and Wales on Monday morning.

I hope that my first look at Blipfoto on Monday morning (7 a.m. - 8 a.m. my time, 2 p.m . - 3 p.m. UK time) shows that the UK storm was not as bad as forecast.
