Grilled curry cheese

In experimental grilled cheese sandwiches, this one turned out ok. It's fried sweet potato slices with onions, mushrooms and curry, thrown over pepper jack cheese and topped with alfalfa sprouts and lettuce ( a little too much lettuce but oh well.)
