Bodyclock confusion

The clocks went back today and in our household our body clocks were all out of sync. I woke up at 7.30 (unheard of for me on a non-working day!) and couldn't get back to sleep, and the cats were very hungry an hour before usual.

I spent my long morning lounging on the bed with knitting, TV on the iPad, and cat cuddles.
