Nice & Bright

It's been a curious sort of day, I have two alarm clocks, I altered the first without realising it sorts itself out automatically, I therefore got a rude awakening at 06:30 as it took an hour off automatically on top of the one I took.
The second alarm clock now cannot be adjusted so I'll switch the alarm feature off and turn it to face the wall, it'll be accurate again in March!!
Up and on with the painting, the hallway, up the stairs and both upstairs corridors painted, cleaned and hoovered. Then onto the upstairs toilet, normally Clare and I choose the colours between us but I sneaked in this yellow.
New mirror for Sam's make up and a matching shelf for her to keep her bits'n'pieces on.
Joshua arrived home as I was finishing off, as he showered and sorted his kit out I cleaned up.
He wanted to eat at the Ghurka restaurant, we arrived to find it was buffet day, all you can eat for £10.95, Joshua set to with a will;
2 x Pilau Rice
2 x Veg Noodles
1 x Korma
1 x Goan Chicken
1 x Tandoori Chicken
4 x Mini Popadoms
1 x Mini Naan Bread
2 x Desserts
2 x J2O's
After working his way through that lot he announced he was bursting, his excuse, "the Army at camp only give you three meals a day"!!

Elsewhere we are waiting with baited breath for this 'perfect storm', so far lots of rain but no wind. Just checked the First Great Western website, mine and Joshua's train unaffected tomorrow.
