WEIGHT CHALLENGE
WEEK 83: please don't ask!!!!
AIM: NO CRISPS AND WALK EVERYDAY
500 MILE CHALLENGE
WALKED: 2,2,3 miles
COUNTDOWN: 307 miles

Weight up and walking down.....definitely not the way to go....suffice to say last weeks treats and a really #*!?+# y week at work meant the no crisps aim went right out of the window and they were joined by chocolate, wine and takeaways....now it's half term and I've missed my target again but I won't be beaten....onwards and downwards!!!!. This week I hope to do 2 miles everyday in the holiday whatever the weather so should knock off 18 miles!!!
