Bzzz

This little guy (probably a girl actually, as I imagine she'll be the Queen!) gave me a bit of a fright this afternoon. I didn't expect to see a wasp in my room at this time of year. I'm the sort of person who will jump if I see something I don't expect - such as when this one flew past my face - but once I know it's there, it's not scary at all.

My friends Freddi and John have just got a dog, and it's been lovely to spend some time talking in the way one does only with pets and babies. I miss having Liffey to coo at.
