Through the Window

Another very long Saturday at work, and a very quiet one at that. I finally managed to get back on track with my knitting between patients, although my hope to complete all my projects before this years Knitting and Stitching show is rapidly fading. The sky seemed to be different every time I look out of the window today and it certainly wasn't one of those work days where I really wished I could be outside instead.
