Some days we just need a nest.

Everyone needs that one friend who will build them a nest.
I found this picture today on Facebook and it summed up my cycle days a treat. I have a condition called Cyclothymia which is on the bi-polar scale. And on a bad day I cycle through the whole gamut of emotions rapidly. Which leaves me completely wiped out.
It's days like these I need a nest.
