Emergency dad duty

I have a poorly daughter, so poorly, in fact, that she couldn't wait until the weekend to come home for reading week, so I took the morning off at rather short notice and headed on down to Manchester to pick her up.

Although clearly under the weather, Hannah was still charming company and we had plenty of chat and laughs on the way back up, stopping only for a coffee at the M61 services.
